Dead People in Church

I’ve been in Portland, Oregon for the World Domination Summit 2012 this week and have entered into some interesting conversations with Christians from all over the world. One of the most simple, yet profound comments I’ve heard all week centers on how we tend to blindly follow tradition in our church practices.

My new friend James from Nashville remarked that “church has to be more than just doing what dead people did”.

It’s true, and that’s what we’re trying to do at The Pilgrimage.
